Once again, STK in The Cosmopolitan loses its color to shine bright with its annual White Party. Food and drinks abound as the atmosphere of this chic restaurant transforms on Sunday, September 1st at 10pm.
For 2-hours, general admission guests will have the opportunity to enjoy an open bar sponsored by Moët Hennessy, Fiji Water, and Michelob ULTRA Pure Gold and taste delectable passed hors d’oeuvres.
For those interested in a deeper dive into this culinary occasion, dinner and cocktail specials are available. Guests can enjoy a uniquely crafted a la carte menu, featuring shellfish en blanc with oysters, shrimp, ceviche and Alaskan king crab served smoking with dry ice ($32); filet and lobster scampi, a 6 oz filet served with lobster scampi, creamy truffle Yukon potatoes and asparagus ($42); and Nutella-stuffed French beignets topped with powdered sugar ($8).
Guests will also enjoy live French-themed performances by Skye Dee Miles from The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas’ hit show Rose. Rabbit. Lie. and music provided by resident DJ Roger Gangi.
